RANGE USE

+ All patrons must sign a liability waiver prior to using the range.

+ All users must adhere to all posted range rules and follow instructions from staff and RSOs.

+ Users must be legally permitted to possess and use firearms in the State of Ohio.

+ Use of the range while under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or impairing medications is strictly prohibited.

+ Patrons are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment.

+ The range reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsafe or non-compliant with rules.

ONLINE PURCHASES

+ All firearm sales are final and subject to federal and state regulations.

+ Buyers must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.

+ Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer for transfer.

+ The customer is responsible for verifying local firearm ownership laws before purchasing.

+ A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of transfer.

+ Any firearm not picked up within 30 days of delivery to an FFL may be subject to restocking or storage fees.

Returns

FIREARMS

+ All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges on firearms due to regulatory and safety concerns.

+ Ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

+ If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Manufacturer warranties may apply for firearms.

GEAR

+ Unused gear and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging. A shipping and/or restocking fee may apply.

+ If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Manufacturer warranties may apply for accessories.
